At this time, we are only able to accept orders from United States Customers. Products purchased from VirtualHUD must be paid for in advance by check, credit card or PayPal. VirtualHUD will accept formal "Purchase Orders" from companies who have submitted a credit application. Payment then becomes due upon receipt of goods. A $25.00 USD administration fee is applied to each order that is not paid in advance. i.e. "Purchase Orders" |

| Your confirmation from PayPal indicates that PayPal has removed the funds from your account. The funds are NOT transferred to VirtualHUD at that time. Some time after your PayPal confirmation, (perhaps the following day), VirtualHUD receives a notification that funds are available to transfer. VirtualHUD must then go on-line to PayPal and instruct them to transfer the funds to our account. After this instruction is submitted to PayPal, the money is tranferred to VirtualHUD in 5 - 7 business days. Once the PayPal funds are deposited in our account, your order is released for processing. It can take up to 12 weeks to process and build your VirtualHUD. When your order is placed, your order confirmation will have an estimated ship date. |

VirtualHUD (the Company) warrants to the original retail purchaser of this product
that should this product or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions,
be proven defective in material or workmanship within 1 year from the date
of original purchase, such defect(s) will be repaired or replaced (at the Company's
option) without charge for parts and repair labor. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product is to be delivered with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale), specification of defect(s), transportation prepaid, to an approved warranty station, or the Company at the address shown below. VirtualHUD, 1202 Lucerne Lane, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025 USA This warranty does not extend to delivery expenses, to costs incurred for removal or reinstallation of the product, the elimination of externally generated static or noise, to the correction of antenna problems, or to damage to any accessories, or electrical systems. This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of the Company, has been damaged through alteration, improper installation, mishandling, misuse, neglect, or accident. THE EXTENT OF THE COMPANYS LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROVIDED ABOVE, AND, IN NO EVENT, SHALL THE COMPANYS LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR THE PRODUCT. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. | Return and Refund Policy |
| If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a VirutalHUD product, please call 1-812-539-2846 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Build-to-order, special-order or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, VirtualHUD will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to VirtualHUD within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. VirtualHUD will assess a 20% restocking and recertification fee on any opened hardware or accessory. |
